ICT Professional Development Workshops for Teachers
At Digi_Learn we provide teachers with comprehensive ICT professional development for a range of subject areas and year levels. As well as excellent training we also ensure teachers are equiped with a kit of digital resources to use directly in the classroom.
We have a range of workshops for 2010-2011. Calendar dates and event details are coming. We are constantly adding new workshops for a range of subject areas and abilities. Onsite software training for teachers can be provided for individuals and groups.

ANIMATING HISTORY Create engaging and rich history lessons by exploring animation. Students develop scripts after researching particular historical events. They can then very simply animate characters in photographs, illustrations or artworks from the relevant period to convey their research. |

RADIO DRAMATICS IN A POD Create a radio play with Middle School English or Drama students using very simple podcasting techniques. Teachers work through a series of processes in this workshop. Firstly the development of a radio play. Conventions of the radio play are explored as well as a host of techniques and ideas for developing a radio play in the classroom. All technical processes and resources for creating a podcast are taught and supplied in the second half of this workshop. |
